Back to the Village is a series of colour portraits documenting the social fabric of villages in Hampshire, photographing rural events including Halloween, Guy Falked night and Village Nativity plays.

Originally inspired by the photographs by Sir Benjamin Stone as he travelled around Britain, these new photographs observe how estraordinary the ritual of country life can be.
