Edition of 20

One of a pair of extraordinary images which show how the last shots of A bout de souffle (Breathless), of the death of Jean-Paul Belmondo's character under the gaze of Jean Seberg, were made.
In the movie, the street around the characters is quiet and un-peopled. However, in reality passers by and neighbourhood children crowded curiously around the camera. Here, Seberg is seen filming under the watchful eyes of the crowd and director Jean-Luc Godard.
